Returns & Refunds

Pinball machine sales are non-returnable. If your item arrives damaged or there is a shipping-related issue, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.

For preorder items or products that have not yet shipped, cancellation requests may qualify for a refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees (such as credit card or PayPal fees).

Certain items may be marked as “Non-Refundable” or “Non-Cancelable.” In those cases, deposits and/or payments made toward the purchase will be forfeited if the order is canceled.
