American Pinball Gives Us Another Look at Cirqus Voltaire Reimagined

The circus is starting to take shape.

American Pinball has given us another peek at its upcoming Cirqus Voltaire Reimagined, and while we're still waiting for the full reveal, the latest look gives us a little more to work with.

The new image features American Pinball's recently appointed Creative Director, Melvin Brouwer-Williams, alongside the machine, giving fans their first real glimpse at the remake taking shape behind the scenes.

And let's be honest; Cirqus Voltaire is not a game that needs much introduction. Bally's 1997 classic has become one of those titles that seems to get more appreciation with every passing year. Its wild colors, strange toys, unique layout, and unmistakable circus atmosphere gave it a personality that still stands out nearly three decades later.

That's what makes this remake so interesting.

American Pinball isn't simply putting an old name on a new machine. The company has called this project Cirqus Voltaire Reimagined, which raises the obvious question: just how much are they going to change?

We got our first look at the new topper last month, and now we're starting to see more of the machine itself. There still aren't enough details to know exactly what AP has planned, but the pieces are beginning to come together—and I'm definitely curious to see where they take it.
